Detailed Itinerary.
Day 01 : Arrive in New Delhi (By Flight)
On arrival at New Delhi Airport, you will be met by our representative and chauffeur you will escort you to the hotel. The rep will further hand over and explain all travel related documents to you. Overnight at hotel in New Delhi.
Day 02 : New Delhi – Corbett National Park (275 kms, 6-hour drive)
Checkout from the hotel after breakfast. Arrive at the park gate, and change into the safari vehicle with your baggage The next 32 kms is a drive through the Corbett National Park to the Forest Rest house which takes approximately 2 hours. Be ready with your camera equipment to shoot, as lot of wild and birdlife can be seen on this trail. On arrival, Check into the Forest Rest House. These Rest Houses are unique to Corbett National Park. It is only here that you get an opportunity to stay inside the national park. The complex is located on the banks of Ramganga river and overlooks the foothills of the pristine Himalayas. Post lunch proceed for an afternoon safari in the most scenic national park of India. Only vegetarian food is served here. Smokes and alcohol is not permitted within the National park. Return from the safari at sunset. Dinner and overnight at the Forest Rest House.
Day 03 – 04 : In Corbett National Park
Morning and afternoon safari at the park. All meals and overnight at the forest Rest House. Corbett has aptly been described as the land of the Roar, Trumpet and Song. It represents a scene of remarkable beauty.
Day 05 : Corbett – New Delhi (275 kms, 6-hour drive)
Morning safari, breakfast and checkout from the Forest Rest House. Do not pack your camera equipment, as you will most likely encounter some wildlife before you exit from the park. Transferred to New Delhi, 275 kms, 6-hour drive. Met on arrival and check in. Overnight at hotel in Delhi.
Day 06 : New Delhi – Raipur – Kanha National Park (flight + 220 kms, 4-hour drive)
Checkout from the hotel post breakfast. You will then be transferred to the domestic terminal for your flight to Raipur. Met on arrival at the Raipur Airport, and transferred to the lodge. Lunch and proceed for your first afternoon safari in Kanha. Return from the safari in the evening and dinner is served. Overnight at Lodge in Kanha.
Day 07 – 08 : In Kanha National Park
Morning and afternoon safari in the park. All meals and overnight at the lodge. Kanha National Park, nestled in the heart of Madhya Pradesh, India, is a biodiversity hotspot and a jewel of conservation. Spanning over 940 square kilometers, this lush sanctuary captivates visitors with its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. This jungle was yet another inspiration for Rudyard Kipling’s “The Jungle Book,”. It boasts a thriving population of Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and the rare Barasingha, or swamp deer. Its dense Sal and bamboo forests, grassy meadows, and serene streams create a perfect habitat for diverse flora and fauna. Embarking on a tiger safari here offers a glimpse into the mesmerizing harmony of nature, making Kanha an unforgettable wildlife experience.
Day 09 : Kanha – Bandhavgarh (6-hour drive)
Morning safari in the national park. Come back to the lodge post safari, and lunch is served. Post lunch, transferred to Bandhavgarh National Park. Met on arrival by your naturalist and he will be giving you a brief on the national park, lodge and your safari schedule. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 10 – 11 : In Bandhavgarh National Park
Morning and afternoon safari in the national park. All meals and overnight at the lodge. Bandhavgarh National Park, is a wildlife enthusiast’s paradise. Spanning 450 square kilometers, it is known for its remarkable biodiversity and a thriving population of Royal Bengal tigers. The park’s ancient Bandhavgarh Fort adds a historical charm to its picturesque landscapes of lush Sal forests, rocky hills, and grassy meadows. Bandhavgarh’s dense vegetation and tranquil streams provide an ideal habitat for a variety of wildlife, including leopards, deer, wild boars, and numerous bird species. The park’s well-organized tiger safaris offer a thrilling opportunity to witness these majestic creatures in their natural habitat, making Bandhavgarh a must-visit destination for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts.
Day 12 : Bandhavgarh – Jabalpur – New Delhi (4-hour drive + flight)
Morning safari in the park. One you return, eat lunch and check out. Transferred to Jabalpur Airport to board a flight to New Delhi. On arrival at New Delhi, you will be met our representative yet again, who will escort you to the hotel and assist you with a smooth check in for your last night in India. Please feel free to take this time to tell them about your journey and give an overall feedback of the trip.
Day 13 : Departure
Breakfast and checkout from the hotel. You will be transferred to the internal airport to board your flight home/onward journey.
